Lydia Darlington Fordjour is the Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) and Social and Behaviour Change Communication Lead at CDA-Ghana, with over 15 years’ combined experience in journalism and international development.
Her expertise covers GESI mainstreaming, behaviour change communication, safeguarding, child protection, advocacy, stakeholder engagement and knowledge management.
An award-winning journalist and published author, she holds an MPhil in Development Management and a BA in Development Communication from the University for Development Studies.
