How we work

CDA-Ghana adopts an integrated, Human Rights-Based Approach that places communities at the centre of sustainable development. We co-design and deliver evidence-informed, locally led solutions that respond to the priorities and lived experiences of women, children, young people and vulnerable populations.

We combine research, innovation, implementation learning, strategic partnerships, advocacy, institutional capacity strengthening and behaviour-change communication — working with governments, communities, civil society, academia and the private sector to strengthen systems, scale proven solutions, and influence policy and practice.
