Ms. Kutum Abdulai is a Member of the Board of Directors of CDA-Ghana, representing the Women with Disabilities Constituency and ensuring the voices, rights and aspirations of persons with disabilities shape the organization’s governance.
A respected gender and social inclusion advocate, she has dedicated decades to advancing human rights, social justice, equity and accountability for marginalized populations — particularly women and girls with disabilities.
She serves as Vice President of the Ghana Federation of Disability Organisations (GFD), Upper West Regional Chapter, providing leadership in advocacy, policy engagement and disability-inclusive development.
