Bipuah Sulemani is an accomplished civil society leader and Programme Manager with over 15 years’ experience managing donor-funded development programmes, with deep expertise in monitoring, evaluation and learning, research, advocacy and adaptive implementation.
He has coordinated projects across education, climate resilience, health systems strengthening, WASH, governance, agriculture and women’s economic empowerment, and has facilitated more than 400 capacity-building workshops.
He holds an MSc in Development Planning and a BA in Integrated Development Studies.
