Kanton Salifu Issifu is the Founder and Executive Director of CDA-Ghana and a visionary development leader with over 19 years’ experience designing, leading and managing complex community development programmes across Ghana.
He has served as a development consultant to UNICEF, UNDP, the World Bank, the European Union and other partners, providing expertise in programme design, research, policy development, monitoring and evaluation, and institutional strengthening.
His technical expertise spans health systems strengthening, inclusive education, gender equality and social inclusion, climate resilience, human rights, governance, community mobilization, peacebuilding, social protection and agriculture.
He holds an MSc in Development Management and a BA in Integrated Development Studies, and is an International Fellow of the International Law Institute (Washington DC).
